These SMS Terms of Use (“SMS Terms”) govern text message communications provided by Kevin Day Real Estate Group, LLC, sponsored by Central Metro Realty, LLC, and THE DALLAS REGISTRY (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. SMS Program

If you choose to receive SMS communications from us, you may receive text messages regarding:

• Property listings and new listings

• Open houses and showing confirmations

• Real estate market updates

• Leasing opportunities

• Member account notifications

Delivery is subject to your wireless provider’s network availability.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Your mobile phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your mobile phone number to third parties.

We may share information only with trusted service providers who assist us in delivering SMS communications or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

8. Appropriate Use

You agree not to misuse our SMS services, including by:

• Providing a phone number that does not belong to you.

• Using automated systems to abuse or interfere with our messaging platform.

• Attempting to disrupt, circumvent, or misuse our communications.

We reserve the right to discontinue SMS communications to any individual at our sole discretion.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that text messages will always be delivered accurately, promptly, or without interruption.
