TDR Dog of the Week
One ear standing tall. One ear doing its own thing. A silvered muzzle, a wonderful smile, and a face that deserves to be someone’s favorite part of coming home. Meet Milly, this week’s Dallas Registry dog in the spotlight.
The SPCA of Texas describes this 10-year-old mixed-breed girl as a sweet senior who enjoys a slower pace and is looking for comfort, affection, and a family. Our wish for her is wonderfully ordinary: a place to belong, with someone glad she is there.
A foster could be her next big break
Her SPCA profile says the veterinary team found a lump they want to remove surgically and test. The profile identifies a foster need while she works toward being ready for adoption. Her next chapter starts with care and recovery, so prospective adopters should ask her team about her current readiness.
If you can offer a temporary home, ask the SPCA about her treatment plan, recovery needs, and foster arrangements. Her team can also help assess whether your household, other pets, and routine would be a good match.

Not in a position to foster or adopt? Send her profile to one person who might be. A little superstar does not need everyone to say yes. She needs the right person to notice.
