A good dinner plan needs the right address, and several familiar names deserve a second look before the next group text goes out. This round of restaurant changes stretches from Uptown to Addison and Las Colinas, with a new Knox Street project still ahead.
There is a new option for a competitive night out, a burger trip that now points toward Fort Worth, and a different restaurant name to look for at an Irving resort. Here is what is open now and what belongs on next year’s calendar.
Put a little competition on the dinner calendar
Flight Club is open at Village on the Parkway in Addison, at 5100 Belt Line Road, Suite 776. Its tech-enabled darts games track the throws and handle the scoring, giving a group something to do between food, cocktails, and the inevitable discussion of who needs a rematch.
Walk-ins are welcome, while reservations are recommended for a playing area. For evening plans, note the age policy: guests must be 21 or older after 6 p.m. Sunday through Friday, and throughout Saturday. That is useful information to settle before inviting the whole family.
The NADC burger run heads west
NADC Burger’s Uptown Dallas restaurant has closed. The brand’s current location list no longer includes Dallas, but North Texas fans still have its Fort Worth stop at 604 Main Street, Suite 100.
The immediate change for Uptown diners is the trip itself. Keep Fort Worth in mind if NADC is the craving, and make a different neighborhood plan if staying close to home is the priority.

A different name at the Las Colinas table
Knife Italian Steak has closed at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas. The Irving resort now lists The Dining Room at The Ritz-Carlton, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with Italian-inspired food, Texas steaks, seafood, and a raw bar.
The resort address is 4150 North MacArthur Boulevard. If your last visit was under the Knife Italian name, The Dining Room is the name to use when checking the current menu or making a reservation at this property.

Save a future seat near the Katy Trail
El Camino Royale is the longer-range prospect. Katz Bros. Hospitality is bringing the Tex-Mex concept to the Knox Street development, with an opening expected in 2027. Plans call for classic Tex-Mex, margaritas, and a patio directly accessible from the Katy Trail.
That patio is a particularly appealing part of the plan: another reason for a neighborhood walk to turn into a meal. For now, this is a restaurant to watch rather than a table to book for tonight.

For the next outing, decide whether the group wants a game, a burger, or a hotel dining room—and settle the destination before anyone starts driving. The trail-side Tex-Mex can stay on the list for a future afternoon.
